One quick flip of this pan and you will have a frittata that is perfectly browned on both sides. The pan is really two pans with interlocking handles, which allows you to flip a frittata without having to invert it onto a plate and transfer it back to the pan. This pan is the perfect size to create a frittata using up to eight eggs – ideal for four to six people. Both infused-anodized aluminum pieces have nonstick interiors for effortless release and cleaning. You can also use the base pan as a fry or omelet pan; the top pan is perfect for making crepes.
